Chandra Luqito Prasetyawan is my closed friend

Chandra was my school friend and classmate in college. he comes from Jombang same as me. However, our school was different. he was always caring with his friends, including his girl frinds. he was very kind, funny and little bit of lazy. body height, skin colour of white and short hair. we always go together, of Jombang-Kediri. sometime our friends though we were dating. chandra has a girl friend in Jombang and still second class in senior high school.

he parents was friendly, so I feel comfortable talking with their parents. chandra was only son in his family. so, chandra should be able to a policman like his father.

This holiday he spent his time in surabaya for physical training. during the holidays, so we long distance communication. He trained physical such as run, swim, push up, ect. every morning and every night chandra training run, every afternoon he push up and training his brain. than, every evening he training swim. in there, the body's tallest than his father and the skin's change become bit of brown.

Last of all, I am happy friendship with chandra. and I wish, he can be a policman one day. well, that;s all for chandra's story. hopefully you all can enjoy. thank you

Helen Franitasari is my closed friend

Helen was my best friend and classmate in junior high school. I met her when I follow the scool marching band program. since then we were friends until now. Although our high school and college was different, but we constant to friendship. Helen was cheerful, spirit, beutiful, caring and little bit boyish.

since senior high school, she entered in private school. because in private school she got as more scolarship. so she could lighten the burden of her parents. her parents not including the rich and not follewers a poor group. but her parents afford to send her to college even in private.

once a month, we visited our family each other. although we are busy with our world but we was still in communication each other. she loved the out doors, so she is now busy with nature lovers in campus activities. such as : hiking, climbing, and rafting. every day she had to practice to be able to climb the mountain. and finnaly she sould climb the mountain with nature lovers other in her campus. now, she is happy for new world the nature lovers.

Corruption is behavior of public official, whether politicians or civil servant, corruption do unreasonably for enrichment themselve. abusing public power for entrusted to them.

From the side of law, corruption in outline includes the following elements :

* abusing of competence,opportunity, or means

* enrichment for themselves, other, or for organization

* lost of financial in state economy

Besides some kinds of corruption to another, among other :

* accept gift or promise. that bribery

* blackout in office

* pressing in office

Corruption have impact that will be lost for the state. that are :

Democracy

Corruption is shown of seriously for problem state. In the world of politics, democracy and corruption make difficult fo good governance by destroying formal process. corruption makes difficult of democracy value such as trust and tolerate. so, corruption in democracy will be destruction for the state.

Economy

Corruption is also difficult for economic development. reduce the quality of government services. corruption is also difficult for economic development by creating high inefficiencies. so, economy development is state will be low. and make crisis for financial in economy of state.

General safety of state

corruption have of many countries. and give big threat to its citizens. citizen will be disappointed for leader of state. and citizen entrusted with promise by leader of state. so, citizen fell surrender for leader the state and deliver up of all capability for the state.

possible solution deal with corruption that is with use concept of civil society. civil society is trying to improve the quality of the relationship between people and social institutions which are : public sector that government and political parties. the private sector and business. and the voluntary sector that organizations, religion etc. basic of civil society is that if the state is too strong, the super power, but the community is weak. then the process of democratization will be running in place. Economically, through the concept of civil society can be built up economic activities and relationship that create self reliance. ideological messages is no state monopoly, there is no manipulation, there is no ownership for the dominance of the strong against the weakness.
